TERMS Y CONDITIONS

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT ​
  • CHECK-IN: between 3:00pm and 7:00pm.
  • EARLY CHECK-IN: subject to availability. Please contact us. If we don't have any guests checking out, we may be able to accommodate you.
  • Age restrictions: the minimum age allowed for check-in is 18 years.
  • Reservations: we will only accept guests with a reservation. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
  • CHECK-OUT: until noon (12:00 p.m.). Late check-out is subject to availability. The hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the total room rate for check-outs after 3:00 p.m. Early Check-Out: An early check-out fee will apply. The fee is equal to one night's room rate. This fee will be charged to guests who check out before the departure date confirmed at check-in.
  • The hotel DOES NOT ALLOW hourly stay room. This hotel is for family accommodation.

REGISTRATION
  • Every person entering the hotel as a guest must be registered in accordance with current legal regulations.
  • Guests must show official photo identification upon check-in (citizen ID, passport, or identification card).
  • Minors must be accompanied by their parents, or, failing that, they must have written authorization from their parents with a contact telephone number so that it can be verified.

PAYMENT
  • Payment: To guarantee your reservation, you must pay 100% of the reservation value. Otherwise, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
  • Cancellations: Once your reservation has been paid and confirmed, San Antonio Rural Lodging WILL NOT REFUND the reservation value.
  • If you cannot attend, please notify us 48 HOURS BEFORE your reservation. Only then will we be able to change the date for the next 15 days, subject to accommodation availability. After this period, your reservation will expire.

CHILDREN 
  • Children under 5 years old are not allowed.
  • Parents of minors will be responsible for their children's care and will also be liable for any damage they may cause.

VISITORS
  • Visitors are always welcome, but for security reasons, only guests are allowed in the house and in the rooms.
  • Overnight visitors are not permitted.
  • Minor visitors are not allowed unless accompanied by their parents.
  • One (1) visitor per guest is allowed only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.​

PETS
  • We do not allow pets.

 MEALS AND SCHEDULE
  • BREAKFAST: From 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (not all reservations include breakfast)
  • We offer an American breakfast (fruit juice, hot chocolate or coffee, eggs, and bread). Not all reservations include breakfast.
  • We can also provide lunch or dinner upon request, with one (1) day's notice and with an additional cost.

SMOKEFREE POLICY
  • No Smoking: In accordance with our smoke free policy, smoking is not permitted inside the house. Fortunately, this is a rural area, so you can smoke outside as long as you stay 8 meters away from any door or window​

PARTIES AND EVENTS
  • No parties or events: This property does not allow parties, events, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or similar parties. Please do not hold gatherings inside your room, as tranquility and moral order are part of the property's specific rules.
  • Noise: Loud private music is NOT permitted. Guests must keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.​

SECURITY
  • Take care of your belongings: Each guest is responsible for their belongings. Please take care of them and keep them in a safe place. Rooms must remain closed and locked whenever guests are not inside. San Antonio Rural Lodging is NOT responsible for items left in common areas, vehicles, or rooms. San Antonio Rural Lodging is NOT responsible for the loss of items that are not properly secured and deposited with management.​

CONDUCT
  • Friendly treatment among guests is expected: We appreciate that every guest who visits us behaves respectfully toward others.
  • Inappropriate Behavior: If any inappropriate behavior is reported to us, the property reserves the right to take action against the guest or they may be asked to leave the property.
  • The linens (bed linens and towels) are exclusively for personal use and are kept in the room. They are properly inventoried and will be verified upon checkout.

PROPERTY DAMAGE
  • Damage caused to San Antonio Rural Lodging property: We reserve the right to charge guests for the cost of repairing damage caused by an accidental, deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest at the accommodation.

PARKING
  • Guests must use the parking area properly without obstructing other guests' vehicles.
  • The hotel is not responsible for accidents that may occur in the parking area caused by guests while parking or moving their vehicles.

NO WEAPONS ALLOWED
  • No weapons allowed: Carrying any type of weapon on the property is prohibited.​

SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES
  • Sustainable practices: We promote low water consumption and low energy consumption practices, as well as proper waste management and separation. Please note that, as this is a rural area, the municipality provides garbage collection only once a week.
  • No TV in the rooms: At San Antonio Rural Lodging, we promote rest and relaxation. This is why you will not find a TV in the rooms.

PROTECTION OF MINORS
  • ​Minor Protection Policy: In accordance with Law 679 of August 3, 2001, issued by the Congress of the Republic of Colombia, and Law 1336 of 2009, which establishes provisions to prevent and counteract the exploitation, pornography, and sex tourism involving minors. In accordance with the provisions of these laws, individuals must prevent, block, combat, and report the exploitation, hosting, use, publication, and dissemination of images, texts, documents, audiovisual files, misuse of global information networks, or the establishment of telematic links of any kind related to pornographic material or material alluding to the sexual activities of minors. In accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, the San Antonio Rural Lodging warns its guests that the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors in Colombia are considered crimes and are therefore subject to criminal and administrative sanctions, in accordance with current laws. Anyone engaging in such practices will be reported to the authorities and evicted from our property.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
  • The personal data obtained through the operation of our accommodation will be processed in accordance with the principles established in Law 1581 of 2012 and other related regulations and decrees that regulate the matter.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR COMPLETION OF THE ACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION CARD (TRA - TARJETA DE REGISTRO DE ALOJAMIENTO)
  • In compliance with Article 10 of Law 1581 of 2012, the Tourist Accommodation Service Provider does not require the guest's authorization to process the data requested in Article 2 of Resolution 409 of 2022. Consequently, we hereby inform you that the data required for completion of the Accommodation Registration Card (TRA) is collected in compliance with a regulatory mandate of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism. The information collected is for statistical purposes for public policy decision-making.
  • The personal data collected by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism's TRA platform is as follows:
  1. Identification type and number
  2. First and last names
  3. City of residence
  4. City of origin
  5. Room number
  6. Number of companions
  7. Main purpose of travel
  8. Check-in date, check-out date
  9. Type of accommodation
  10. Amount paid for accommodation
  • The Accommodation Registration Card (TRA) applies to all tourist accommodation service providers defined in the General Tourism Law and its amendments, as well as the Single Regulatory Decree of the Commerce, Industry, and Tourism Sector, Decree 1074 of 2015. Law 2068 of 2020 amended the Hotel Registration Card to the Accommodation Registration Card, and in its Article 22 stipulates that "tourist accommodation service providers must keep a record of their guests by completing the Accommodation Registration Card in the system that, for all purposes, The Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism has the authority to regulate the terms and conditions of the information contained in the Accommodation Registration Card, which will be sent to DANE (National Agency for the Promotion of Tourism) for the purpose of compiling statistical information for the tourism sector regarding accommodations, occupancy rates, number of visitors, among other variables.

INTERNATIONAL GUESTS
  • All international guests will be registered on the SIRE (Sistema de Información de Registro de Extranjeros / Information System for the Registration of Foreigners) platform of the Colombian Immigration Service.
  • The information collected in the SIRE platform is used by Colombian Immigration Service to maintain adequate control over international visitors during their stay in the country. The personal data collected by the Colombian Migration Service (SIRE) platform is as follows:
  1. Type of document
  2. Document number
  3. Date of birth
  4. First and last names
  5. Nationality
  6. Country of origin
  7. Country of next destination

BIOSECURITY AND COVID-19
  • It is not possible to stay at this property for quarantine due to coronavirus (COVID-19).
  • Wash your hands frequently and always do so upon entering the property if you have been outside.
  • If you experience flu-like symptoms, wearing a face mask is mandatory within our facilities.

The management of San Antonio Rural Lodging reserves the right to refuse admission and may request the removal of any guest who does not comply with these rules.
